myBlkCard provides a digital business card and online presence platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2 - الحسابات والإشتراك
للوصول إلى بعض الميزات، قد تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب أو شراء اشتراك. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية تفويضات حسابك وجميع الأنشطة تحت حسابك.
3 - المدفوعات والإرجاع
All payments made on myBlkCard are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies, if applicable, are clearly stated on the platform or in your subscription details.
4 - محتوى المستخدم
You retain ownership of the content you upload to myBlkCard. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.
5 - توفر الخدمة
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but myBlkCard does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.
6 - الحد من المسؤولية
لا تتحمل شركة GoBiz أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو غير متعلقة أو نتيجة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة أو عدم قدرتها على استخدامها.
7 - تغييرات في الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام المنصة بعد التغييرات يشكل قبول الشروطه المراجعة.
