2. Rekeningen en abonnementen

3. Betalingen en restituties
All payments made on myBlkCard are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies, if applicable, are clearly stated on the platform or in your subscription details.
4. Gebruikersinhoud
You retain ownership of the content you upload to myBlkCard. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.
5. Beschikbaarheid van de dienst
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but myBlkCard does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.
6. Beperking van de aansprakelijkheid
GoBiz is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, bijkomende of consequentiële schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik of het onvermogen om het platform te gebruiken.
