১. প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার
myBlkCard provides a digital business card and online presence platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের কিছু বৈশিষ্ট্য অ্যাক্সেস করতে, আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাઉন্ট তৈরি করতে বা সাবস্ক্রিপশন কিনতে হতে পারে। আপনার অ্যকাউন্ট ক্রেডিট্যান্স এবং আপনার অ্যাকার সমস্ত ক্রিয়াকলাপের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য আপনি দায়ী।
৩. অর্থ প্রদান ও ফেরত
All payments made on myBlkCard are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies, if applicable, are clearly stated on the platform or in your subscription details.
৪. ব্যবহারকারীর বিষয়বস্তু
You retain ownership of the content you upload to myBlkCard. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.
৫. পরিষেবা উপলব্ধতা
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but myBlkCard does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার বা ব্যবহারের অক্ষমতার ফলে যে কোনও পরোক্ষ, ঘটনাক্রমে বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য GoBiz দায়ী নয়।
৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা যে কোন সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তনের পরে প্ল্যাটফর্মের অব্যাহত ব্যবহার সংশোধিত শর্তাদি গ্রহণের অর্থ।
